杉木第2.5代种子园自由授粉子代测定及早期选择

摘    要:以福建省沙县官庄国有林场杉木第2.5代种子园自由授粉子代为研究对象开展子代测定,发掘杉木第2.5代种子园良种生产潜能。试验结果表明:杉木第2.5代种子园自由授粉子代适应性强,生长迅速。家系间生长具有遗传差异,并受到中度或中度偏下遗传控制。以树高为指标开展早期选择具有可行性,但以材积为指标进行选择可获得更大遗传增益。从参试家系中选择出14个优良家系和63株优良单株,选择效果明显。选择出的优良家系及单株可作为杉木3代种子园建园材料及杉木高世代育种遗传材料。同时,选择出4个生长不良家系作为第2.5代种子园中的伐除对象,以期提高种子园优良基因率。

Abstract:In order to explore the production potential of the 2.5th generation seed orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata,progeny test was carried out with open-pollinated progenies of the 2.5th generation seed orchard of C.lanceolata in Guanzhuang national forest farm of Shaxian,Fujian province.The results showed that open-pollinated progenies were adaptable and grew rapidly.There were genetic differences among families in growth,And the differences were controlled by genetic factors,moderately or lower-moderately.It was feasible to do early selection with tree height as an index.But more genetic gain had been got if the volume was used as the index.14 superior families and 63 superior individuals were selected which would be used as genetic materials of the 3rd generation seed orchard or highgeneration breeding.With the same time,4 poor families were selected to cut in the 2.5th generation seed orchard for increasing superior gene rate.
