| 摘 要： | 通过 CTAB法、纯化法和简便法所提 DNA质量效率和 PCR-RAPD扩增效果的比较 ,优化和建立了无液氮处理 ,可用于 RAPD分析的油菜总 DNA的提取方法。该方法能在油菜生长发育早期进行单株微量的提取 ,快速进行 RAPD分析和品种鉴定

| Abstract: | Based on experiments and comparison of quality and RAPD results of genomic DNA with different extraction method, including CTAB method, purification method and simple method, was established a simple, rapid and low cost method on DNA extraction from rapeseed leaves and shoots. It was especially suitable to DNA trace extraction from rapeseed single shoot or young plant. With this method, materials need not to be treated with liquid nitrogen. |
