大葱成熟胚培养再生植株激素浓度及配比的研究

摘    要:以大葱成熟胚为外植体,就激素浓度及配比对其愈伤组织和不定芽的诱导情况进行了初步探讨。结果表明,诱导产生愈伤组织的最佳培养基及激素配比为MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+BA1.0 mg/L;不定芽的诱导以MS+BA1.5 mg/L效果最好;不定芽在MS培养基上可正常生根,发育成完整植株。

Abstract:Effect of hormone composition on callus and shoot induction was studied using mature embryo of Welsh onion.It resulted that the best hormone composition for callus induction was MS 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L BA 1.0 mg/L while the best for adventitious bud was supplemented BA 1.5 mg/L.It also showed that adventitious bud could grow root and develop complete plants in the medium MS.
