| 摘 要： | 针对新时期科技创新进入快速发展的阶段，分析了广西农业科学院科研管理的现状，提出应引入科研质量管理理念、营造人性化的管理氛围、优化人才和成果激励机制、加强交流合作、激发科技协作攻关合作共赢精神、建设一支专业复合型科研管理队伍等思路，以推动科研管理的创新发展。
