| 摘 要： | 中央提出社会主义新农村建设要从各地的实际情况出发.在有些经济发达的农村地区,由于农业的比较利益低,农民主要从事非农产业,这为部分农户承包土地、进行规模生产提供了可行性.本文从调查福建沿海某地农民对土地的重视程度入手,分析了这些发达地区农业实行规模经营的可行性,并阐述了实行规模经营应遵循的原则.

| Abstract: | The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th has emphasized that we must construct the new countryside from the reality.As the comparative advantage in agriculture is low.Farmers mainly engaged in non-agricultural industries.The declining share of income from agriculture has become less important,and even the agricultural land "abandoned" phenomenon has produced.It is possible for some farmers to professionally conduct and scale produce. |
