青菜短期贮藏方法初步研究

摘    要:探讨了蓄冷控湿袋和乙烯吸附剂两类贮藏处理对青菜的保鲜效果。对贮藏青菜黄化指数、叶绿素含量和亚硝酸盐含量等指标的分析表明,蓄冷控湿袋和乙烯吸附剂两类贮藏处理对贮藏青菜有较强减轻黄化、延缓叶绿素分解和降低贮藏中亚硝酸盐含量增幅的作用,有一定应用价值。

Abstract:The experiments of the methods of short-term storage for greengrocery including modified temperature and humidity package(MTHP) and ethylene absorbent(EA) were discussed.The index of etiolation,content of chlorophyll and nitrite of the greengrocery after storage were analyzed.The results showed that both the MTHP and EA could strongly put off the decomposition of the chlorophyll,and reduce the etiolation and the content of nitrite of greengrocery after storage.
