昆仑山西段天然草地优势种群的种间关系研究

摘    要:应用2×2列联表的χ2检验和Spearman秩相关系数的计算分析,对昆仑山西段天然草地18个优势植物种共153个种对的种间关联(或相关)进行了研究。结果表明,χ2检验有16个种对呈显著或极显著正关联,4个种对呈显著或极显著负关联;而秩相关表明,有45个种对呈显著或极显著正关联,35个种对呈显著或极显著负关联。也就是说,大多数种群之间关系松散。种群之间正关联主要由于它们具有相近的生物学特征,对生境有相似的要求;而种群之间的负关联主要由于它们具有不同的生物学特征,对生境有不同的适应性或存在相互竞争,占据不同的生态位。

Abstract:By using χ2-test for contingency table and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient,interspecific correlation of dominant species of natural grassland in the west zone of Kunlun Mountain were studied.Interspecific correlation of a total of 18 dominant species and 153 species pairs were investigated.The results indicated that 16 species pairs showed significant or extremely significant positive correlation and 4 species pairs showed significant or extremely significant negative correlation in χ2-test,while 45 species pairs showed significant or extremely significant positive correlation and 35 species pairs showed significant or extremely significant negative correlation in Spearman's rank test.This indicated that most species were not closely related with each other.The species with similar biological features tended to be positively associated,while those with different biological features and different adaptabilities to the habitats or existing inter-competitions or having different niche tended to be negatively associated.
