摘    要:以5龄实验室品系棉铃虫的总RNA为模板,采用一对昆虫细胞色素P450简并引物,利用反转录—多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)扩增并筛选出10个新的长度约450bp的cDNA片段,并对这些序列与GeneBank中已知序列进行相似性分析,初步推测这10个P450基因片段属于CYP4家族的CYP4M和CYP4S2个亚家族。

Abstract:10 new cDNA sequences encoding cytochrome P450 were amplified from the midgut cDNA library of the fifth instar larvae of a susceptible strains of the cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera, by using a pair of degenerate primers designed according to the conservative amino acid sequences of CYP4 genes in insects by RT-PCR. The result of sequence analysis indicated that these 10 new cDNAs belong to CYP4M and CYP4S subfamilies.
