粳稻穗部形态性状对穗型的分类与判别分析

研究选用36个近年来山东省种植、引进的国内外粳稻品种,依靠专家传统经验,对穗型进行分类。结果表明,利用聚类分析的方法,对山东省36个梗稻品种进行穗部性状分析,36个品种可分为紧穗型、中间穗型和散穗型3类。在穗部性状中,3类品种穗重平均数、实粒数平均数、一次枝梗数平均数、二次枝梗数平均数以及穗颈节直径平均数之间,差异明显。逐步判别分析筛选出的实粒数、一次枝梗数、二次枝梗数和穗粒长/宽对穗型判别具有显著贡献,利用这些性状建立的判别函数能够对穗型进行有效判别。

Classification and Stepwise Discriminant Analysis of Panicle Types in Japonica Rice Cultivars

Depended on the experience of experts,36 japonica cultivars were divided into three panicle types-the tight type,the medium type and the disperse type.Through cluster analysis,the means of five panicle characters,including weight of panicle,filled grain number,primary rachis-branch number,secondary rachis-branch number and panicle neck diameters,were different significantly.Selected by stepwise discriminant analysis method,four panicle characters such as filled grain number,primary rachis-branch number,secondary rachis-branch number and panicle length/width,contributed significantly to differentiate rice panicle types,and stepwise discriminant function of those four factors could discriminate panicle types effectively.
