| Abstract: | According to local characteristics, this paper proposes a concept of developing ecological culture and illustrates the creation of an enabling environment and the development of an ecological culture form five aspects including forestry ecology, forestry industry, science and technology support, Taihang, Yellow River and Haihe River cultures and public awareness. |
