新型烟草杂种一代优势研究

摘    要:为了研究烟草杂种一代优势,测定了新型烟草紫苏烟、曼陀罗烟、罗勒烟、雄性不育系MSG-28、其相应保持系G-28、由新型烟草与MSG-28ΧG-28的产物MSG-28配制的杂种F1代M.紫苏烟、M.曼陀罗烟、M.罗勒烟,共8份材料的生育期、主要农艺性状、产、质情况等。通过对数据进行处理与分析,结果表明:各杂种F1在苗期有较强的杂种优势,大田期各阶段杂种优势则不明显。分析造成后期优势不明显的原因,与环境有较大的相关性。

Abstract:In order to study the heterosis of tobacco hybrid F1 generation, 8 materials of novel tobacco Cultivars, which include Zisu tobacco, Mantuoluo tobacco, Luole tobacco, MSG-28 tobacco, G-28 tobacco, M.Zisu tobacco, M.Mantuoluo tobacco, M.Luole tobacco, are recorded by observing their duration period, main agronomic characteristics, and their production quality and quantity situation. Through analyzing those data, it shows: those F1 generations do have the strong heterosis in the seedling stage. However, during other stages of growing in fields, there is no outstanding superiority. The reason why the superiority is not obvious during the later period may caused by the external environment.
