亲缘系数及其与品种种性的关系

利用品种资源信息管理系统分析了７４个品种与热带种、割手密、大茎野生种和印度种等的亲缘系数及其与品种种性的关系。野生种血缘高低及野生种血缘与热带种血缘的比例大小对品种的抗逆性和适应性有较大的影响，而热带种血缘高低与品种的糖分高低和产量潜力并无比较明确的关系。

Coefficients of relationship among cultivars and ancestors and their relationships with varietal performance

Coefficients of relationship of 74 cultivars with their original ancestors, i.e.the clones of S. officinarum, S. spontaneum, S. robustum and S. barberi, were calculated by the aid of the Germplasm Data Base Management System, and their relationships with varietal performance were analyzed. The results showed that the amounts of genetic contribution of wild relatives (both S. spontaneum and S. robustum), and the ratios of wild relatives' to S. officinarum's contributions have relatively obvious effects on the stress tolerance and the adaptability of cultivars, but the sugar content and yield potential did not appear to be closely associated with the amount of genetic contribution of noble cane clones.
