摘    要:研究了不同营养水平的小麦日粮添加木聚糖酶对肉仔鸡生长性能、胃肠道组织形态的影响。结果表明:(1)木聚糖酶提高了1~6周龄肉仔鸡平均日增重,未影响饲料转化率;(2)小麦+木聚糖酶日粮降低了肉鸡肌胃和腺胃的相对重量,不影响空肠、回肠、盲肠和胰腺的相对重量。总之,以肉仔鸡的日增重(尤其是1~21日龄期间)、消化器官和胃肠道的相对重量,维持了肠道的正常组织形态为指标,小麦+木聚糖酶日粮与玉米日粮相当。

Abstract:The effects of xylanase added in broilers' wheat diet with different nutrient levels on the growth performance and morphology of gastrointestinal tissue of broilers were studied.The results were as follows:(1) xylanase increased the average daily gain of 1~6-week-old broilers,while it had no influence on the feed transformation efficiency(P>0.05);(2) the relative weight of broilers' muscular stomach and stomachus glandularis was significantly reduced when xylanase was added in diets with different proportions of wheat instead of corn.However,there was no significant difference in the relative weight of borilers' jejunum,ileum,caecum and pancreas between experimental groups and control group(P>0.05).In conclusion,the growth performance of broilers was improved to a certain extent and their gastrointestinal tissue morphology was altered after xylanase was added in wheat diet of broilers.
