摘    要:目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定广西甜茶中水解型鞣花鞣质含量的方法。方法]色谱条件:WatersC18柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温40℃,用乙腈-0.2%磷酸(体积比18∶82)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,外标法定量。结果]鞣花酸在0.1000~0.8755mg/ml内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.9991,最低检出限为0.65μg/ml,平均加标回收率为97.12%,RSD为1.04%。结论]该方法精确可靠,可作为广西甜茶中水解型鞣花鞣质含量测定的方法。

Determination of Hydrolysable Ellagitannins in Sweet Tea of Guangxi by HPLC

Abstract:Objective]A HPLC method for the separation and determination of hydrolysable ellagitannins in sweet tea of Guangxi was established.Method]Chromatography was performed on a Waters C18 (250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 254 nm. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphate acid (18∶82) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,hydrolysable ellagitannins in sweet tea of Guangxi were quantizated by external standard method. Results]The standard curve of linear relationship was 0.100 0-0.875 5 mg/ml and R2=0.999 1,The limits of detection was 0.65 μg/ml. The average recovery was 97.12%,RSD was 1.04%. Conclusion]The established method was accurate and reliable for the determination of hydrolysable ellagitannins in sweet tea of Guangxi.
