摘    要:分析了菌棒场功能定位和发展现状,认为菌棒场是时代发展的产物、产业转型升级的支点和公共财政扶持的载体,当前菌棒场发展水平仍处于初级阶段。提出了用先进思想引领,转变技术推广部门、菌棒场和普通菇农的理念;加强政策引导,服务食用菌专业村和带动培育新区;提升装备和技术,提高菌棒场社会化服务水平,打造“升级版”菌棒场的科学发展对策。

Abstract:The culture medium processing factory of edible fungi for the functional orientation and development strategy was analyzed, and it was considered being the product of the development of the times, the supporter of industry transformation and upgrading, the carder of the public finance subsidy and the development level still at the primary stage. Development strategies aimed at upgrading culture medium processing factory of edible fungi were proposed including updating all participants ideas, policy guidance for profes- sional villages and new cultivation areas of edible fungi, and the upgrading of its production equipment and technology.
