| 摘 要： | 农业院校法学专业实践教学面临着培养目标模糊、实践资源匮乏和农业特色阙如的困境,需要在普适性与特殊性相统一、传承与创新兼顾的思路下寻求新的实践模式。涉农法律援助兼具教学、实践功能和服务农业农村农民的社会价值,是新时期农业院校法学专业实践教学的较优选择。涉农法律援助的健康运作需要国家政策、高校体制和社会力量的通力合作,也需要教师教学和学生学习惯性的积极改革。
