饲草秸秆大截面压块成形的力学分析研究

摘    要:我国是一个农业大国,牧草、秸秆资源丰富,对牧草、秸秆的充分利用是影响我国畜牧业发展的一个主要因素。将牧草、秸秆进行压缩制成草块,解决了其储运这一关键性的难题,是畜牧业实现向节粮型转变的重要手段。为此,对饲草秸秆大截面压块成形的机理进行了探讨,通过力学分析研究了物料在压缩过程中的受力状况,得出了轴向压应力沿成型槽方向的分布规律以及活塞压力的数学表达式。

Abstract:China is a great agricultural nation, rich in forage and straw resources. The utilization of the forage and straw is a main factor that influences the development of animal husbandry. The forage grass and straw compressed and manufactured into the grass block, which has resolved the critical problem about its storage and transport, and is an important measure to realize the conversion of animal husbandry into grain sawing type. Hence, this article has analyzed the compressing process of the forage baler of big size and the stress among the compressing process through the mechanics. The regularities of distribution of the axial stress which exerted on wafers in the die and the mathematical representation of the piston compression force were got.
