黄粉虫粪提取液对5种食用菌菌丝生长的影响

摘    要:[目的]探讨黄粉虫粪对食用菌菌丝生长的影响。[方法]采用平板培养法。在供试的5种食用菌(平菇、秀珍菇、猴头菇、鸡腿菇和红菇)菌丝的马铃薯(PDA)培养基中分别添加不同浓度(含量)的黄粉虫粪,然后通过观察记录菌丝生长速度、增减率、菌丝密度等指标来综合评价黄粉虫粪对食用菌菌丝生长的影响。[结果]在PDA培养基中加入10%~20%、20%~30%、20%~40%的黄粉虫粪提取液时分别对红菇、平菇和鸡腿菇、秀珍菇菌丝丝生长具有明显的促进作用,但对猴头菇菌丝生长影响不显著,且黄粉虫粪提取液加入量达到20%以上时出现抑制现象。[结论]黄粉虫粪对大多数食用菌菌丝生长有明显的促进作用。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus feces extracts on the growth of edible fungi mycelium.[Method] Five edible fungi were conducted by using plate culture method adding different concentration of Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus extracts.The evaluation analysis on the effects of frass on the growth of edible fungi was made,with observing and recording the growth speed of mycelium and density of mycelium and so on.[Result] In PDA culture medium to add 10%-20%,20%-30%,20%-40% of the Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus extracts,the mycelium of Russula,Coprinus comatus,Pleurotus and Pleurotus geesteranus growth had increased markedly,but the mycelium of Hericium erinaceus had not significantly growth,and when the Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus extracts concentration was more than 20%,it was inhibition.[Conclusion] The Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus extracts has great facilitation to the growth of most of mycelium
