光照强度对龙须草叶片光合生理功能的影响

摘    要:为了探明龙须草的耐荫性,优化其立体种植环境,在龙须草生殖生长快速期、营养生长快速期以及全生育期分别设置遮阳20%,35%,45%和自然光照等处理,研究不同生育期光照强度对龙须草叶片光合生理功能的影响,结果表明:光照强度对龙须草叶片光合生理功能有多重影响,遮阳45%对龙须草叶片光合生理功能有不利影响,并且这种不利影响不可逆转;遮阳20%,35%对龙须草叶片光合生理功能影响下显著,这可能与龙须草叶片对一定程度的弱光产生适应性有关,并且遮阳处理结束一定时间后,其叶片正常光合生理功能逐渐自行恢复。

Abstract:In order to explore the sun-shading tolerance of Eulaliopsis binata and optimize its stereoscopic culture enviroment,the effects of light intensity on leaf photosynthetic physiology in Eulaliopsis binata at different growing stages were studied by using four treatments (20%,35%,45%,of sun-shading and natural sunlight respectively) at Eulaliopsis binata's fast reproductive growing stage,fast vegetative growing stage and whole growing stage.The results show that light intensity has multiple effects on Eulaliopsis binata's leaf photosynthetic physiology;over sun-shading (larger than 45%) has bad and irreversible effects on its leaf photosynthetic physiology;proper sun-shading(less than 35%) has no significant effects on its leaf photosynthetic physiology due to the possible reason that its leaf can adapt to dim light to some degree;a short time after the cancel of sun-shading, its leaf photosynthetic physiology can gradually recover to normal level.
