摘 要: | 干旱是制约作物生长发育的重要环境因子,了解作物对干旱胁迫的反应,是选育抗旱品种的前提。综述了作物的耐旱机制、水分胁迫下的生理生化反应及超微结构变化的研究进展,并指出了今后需要进一步研究的问题。

Abstract: | Drought is a main environmental factor that restricts the growth of crops.To understand the crops'reaction to drought stress is the prerequisite to drought resistance breeding.Drought tolerance mechanism of crops,the reaction of physiology biochemistry and the changes of ultrastructure under water stress were reviewed in this article.Some problems needed to be studied were given. |
