| 摘 要： | 依据循环经济模式下减量化、再使用、再利用原则,建立了以固定资产投资、能源消费为投入,最终消费、GDP、工业固体废弃物综合利用率为产出指标的区域经济发展的DEA评价模型,并对部分省市进行评价.结果表明,中国主要区域经济发展存在规模不经济问题,区域经济发展亟待转变增长方式.

| Abstract: | Based on the principia of reducing,reusing and recycling under the mode of circular economy,the paper establishes the model of DEA evaluation on regional economy development which takes fixed capital investment, energy consumption as inputs and final consumption,GDP and the ratio of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid wastes as outputs.Some provinces and cities are evaluated with this model.The results show that the main regional economy development in China is diseconomy of scale,and that regional economy development must change the means of growth. |
