高寒半干旱地区马铃薯覆膜集肥土壤养分和酶活性动态变化研究

摘    要:通过马铃薯覆膜集肥试验,研究了土壤养分和酶活性动态变化。试验结果表明:施肥能提高土壤养分和酶活性。覆膜与否对各处理养分和酶活性有明显差异。经相关分析,土壤养分、马铃薯产量与三种土壤酶活性呈显著或极显著相关关系。

Abstract:Through plastic film covering and fertilization experiment on potato field, the dynamical changes of soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities were studied. The result showed fertilization could improve soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities. Whether the potato field was covered by plastic film significantly affected the difference in soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities of all treatments. Through correlation analysis, an obvious relationship existed between soil nutrients, potato yield and three kinds of soil enzyme activities.
