摘    要:于雏鸡日粮中添加不同水平的黄芪多糖(Astragalus polysaccharide,APS),并就其对雏鸡血清中抗氧化功能指标的影响进行了研究.结果表明,各APS处理组雏鸡血清超氧化物岐化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(Glutathione reductase,GR)活性显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.05),表明APS能显著提高雏鸡的抗氧化能力.

Abstract:The different levels of astragalus polysaccharide (APS) were added to the diet of chicks, and the effect of APS on the antioxidant function of chicks were studied. The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and glutathione reductase (GR) in chicks serum treated with APS were significantly increased (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ), and that the contents of malonic dialdehyde (MDA) were decreased obviously (P 〈 0. 05 ). The APS could significantly improve the antioxidant activity of chicks.
