| 摘 要： | 对2006年采集的1份禽流感病鸡组织进行RNA抽提后，采用A型流感病毒通用引物进行禽流感病毒HA基因的扩增，并进行T载体克隆及测序，获得了一株H9亚型禽流感病毒的HA序列。序列分析表明，此血凝素基因的ORF由1683个核苷酸组成，编码560个氨基酸，属A／Chicken／Beijing／1／94系。将其在GenBank中Blasl后发现，其与1株珍珠鸡H9N2病毒（A／Guineafowl／Hongkong／NT101／03）和1株鸡H9N2病毒（A／Chicken／Hongkong／AP45／03）的同源性和分值最高，同源性可达97％，较中国2006年前的分离株进化相对稳定，核苷酸的变异不大。切割位点的序列为-PARSSRGLF-，仍属于低致病力毒株。但Gln226Leu的变异，使其成为一种潜在的可感染人的禽源毒株。

| Abstract: | An AIV diseased chicken's total RNA was extracted and the HA gene was amplified by using universal primers.This gene was sequenced and analyzed.There were 1683 nucleotides in HA's ORF and it coded 561 amino acids.After homology analysis,this virus belonged to A/Chicken/Beijing/1/94 linkage.The identity was from 92% to 97% among Guangdong H9 subtype viruses isolated from 1994 to 2005.The results showed that its evolution was relatively stable and the amino acid's variation was little.The sequence on cleavage... |
