| 摘 要： | 本文报道了应用生态经济学原理和区域规划决策系统软件研制的濉溪县杨柳乡农业生态经济系统发展规划,内容包括:1.杨柳乡农业生态经济系统分析.2.规划的指导思想、方法与方案.3.规划方案的评价、选择与实施.作者认为,结构调控是生态农业建设中一种最重要的调控途径;对于淮北地区,杨柳乡农业生态经济系统的分析与规划在指导思想上和技术方法上具有典型意义.

DEVELOPING PROGRAM AND ITS PREPARATION OF THE AGRO-ECOLONOMIC SYSTEM IN YANGLIU, SUIXI COUNTY |

| Abstract: | It had been reported that the developing program of the agro-eco-
lonomic system in Yangliu, Suixi County was prepared by applying prin-
ciples of ecolonomy and the software of programming and decision
system for regions in this paper. It included: (1) analysis of the agro-
ecolonomic system in Yangliu, (2) guiding ideology, method and sche-
mes of the program, and (3) evaluation, selection and implementation
of schemes. Authors held that structure adjusting and controlling was one
of the most important ways in eco-agriculture construction and this work
for Yangliu was of typical significance to Huaibei Area in guiding ideo-
logy and technical metdods. |
