摘    要:[目的]确定燕麦种子的最适储藏时间。[方法]以燕麦品种青引1号为试材,选取2003~2008年各个年份存贮的饱满种子,分别采用3种发芽方法(培养皿法、土埋法和砂粒法)进行发芽试验,测定不同储藏时间燕麦种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数。[结果]燕麦种子储藏时间对种子发芽力有极显著影响。贮存第1—2年后,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数逐年提高,且贮存第2年的达最大,分别为96.5%、78.5%和41.3%,当年种子由于处于休眠阶段,上述3个测定值均最低,分别为76%、62.7%和33.4%。贮存3年后,发芽率逐年降低约5%~6%。3种发芽方法中,砂粒法的发芽率极显著高于培养皿法和土埋法。[结论]燕麦种子的最适储藏时间为1—3年,存放8—9年的燕麦种子则失去发芽力。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to confirm the optimum storing years on the oat seed. [Method] With the oat variety Qingyin 1 as the tested material, the plump seeds stored in each year during 2003 ~ 2008 were made for the germination test by using 3 kinds of germinationMethods including culture dishMethod, soil burialMethodand sand grainMethodso as to determine the germination rate, germination potential, germination index of the oat seeds stored in different years. [Result] The storing years of oat seed showed a extremely significant effect on the seed germination. The germination rate, germination potential and germination index of the oat seed after storing for 1 -2 years were increased year by year and these 3 values of the oat seed after storing for 2 years showed the highest, being 96.5%, 78.5% and 41.3% resp. As the seeds harvested only for 3 months were in dormancy, their above 3 values were the lowest, being 76% , 62.7% and 33.4% resp. After the seeds were stored for 3 years, the germination rate was decreased by 5% - 6% year by year. Among 3 germinationMethods, the germination of seeds cultured by sand grainMethodwas extremely significant higher than that by culture dishMethodand soil burialMethod. [Conclusion] The he optimum storing years for oat seeds was 1-3 years and the oat seeds stored for 8 -9 years could lose the germination ability.
