高粱空间诱变后代的灰色理论评价

摘    要:高粱恢复系唐恢28(TR28)于1996年进行卫星搭载,返回地面后进行田间种植,诱变后代发生了广泛变异.SP3代株系多已基本稳定整齐,并筛选出一批优良株系.本文对TR28空间诱变SP3代入选优良株系进行灰色理论分析,从中确定了综合性状良好的株系,减少了测定杂种优势及配合力的工作量.

Abstract:The seeds of Tanghui 28 which is a sorghum restorer line were carried by recoverable satellite launched by our country in 1996 The recovered seeds were sowed in experimental field, and more variation of inducing progency were observed The uniform of SP 3 generation was close stable, some good lines were obtained from it These good lines were evaluated by grey system theory model, some lines with excellent comprehensive characters were finally chosen By this method, a large quantative of work will be reduced when these lines heterosis and combing ability being tested next step
