摘    要:以蒲公英为原料,研究微波法提取蒲公英多糖的工艺条件。通过单因素试验,研究料液比、提取次数、提取时间、醇沉浓度等因素对蒲公英多糖提取率的影响。以提取率为评价指标,利用响应面法优化得最佳工艺参数为:料液比1∶17,超声时间14 min,醇沉浓度64%,提取率74.34%。

Abstract:Taking the dandelion as the raw materials and using microwave to study technological conditions for extraction of polysaccharide,the influence factors of dandelion polysaccharide extraction rate were studied by the single factor experiments,such as material liquid ratio,extraction times,extraction time and alcohol precipitation concentration. Used extraction rate as evaluation, the optimal extraction conditions to utilize response surface experiments was confirmed as follow:material liquid ratio 1∶17,extraction time 14 min and alcohol precipitation concentration 64%,and the dandelion polysaccharide extraction rate could reach 74.34%.
