NaCl胁迫对4种砧穗组合苹果的生长及光合特性的影响

摘    要:以4种盆栽3 a生不同砧穗组合的苹果苗为试材,研究不同质量分数的NaCl(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)胁迫后苹果叶片叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、叶片生长量及光合特性变化规律。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,不同砧穗组合的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)的变化规律,叶绿素含量和叶片生长量均随NaCl质量分数的增加而降低,细胞膜透性随NaCl胁迫质量分数的增加而增加。叶绿素b对NaCl胁迫的敏感性高于叶绿素a。不同砧穗组合的耐盐性有差异:用M26做基砧,其上嫁接长富2号,耐盐性要优于嫁接富红早嘎;用八棱海棠做基砧,其上嫁接嘎啦耐盐性要优于陕富3号。NaCl胁迫下,各砧穗组合光合能力均降低,气孔限制因素在0.2%胁迫时起主导作用,而在0.4%、0.6%胁迫时,气孔限制因素和非气孔限制因素共同起作用。
