| 摘 要： | 为了全面、客观、准确地掌握森林资源状况,为林业生产经营活动和政府宏观决策提供科学依据,进行合理的森林资源综合分析评价就显得尤为重要。以北京市延庆县森林资源为研究对象,依托1999年和2004年森林资源规划设计调查(二类调查)数据,建立起了一套简单实用的涵盖16个底层指标的评价指标体系,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对延庆县17个乡镇的森林资源进行了计算分析。结果表明,延庆县森林资源整体发展平稳,41.18%的乡镇森林资源状况向着良好方向发展,"优"级的乡镇数目呈现出较大比例的增长。
