| 摘 要： | 根据黄精种子存在休眠的生物学特性,对其内源抑制物质存在的部位及抑制作用进行研究。结果表明,黄精种子、胚乳和种皮均存在活性较高的内源抑制物质,对白菜和小麦种子的萌发及芽(主根)、胚芽鞘和根条数量(小麦)有显著抑制作用,随质量浓度的增大抑制作用逐渐增强;在相同质量浓度下,甲醇粗提物的抑制活性高于蒸馏水粗提物;同时,黄精种子不同部位抑制物质的含量存在一定差异,表现为种皮高于胚乳。 |

| Abstract: | The existence of endogenetic inhibitory substances in seeds is one of the factors affecting seed germination.This article investigated the inhibitory activity and the location of endogenetic inhibitory substances in seeds of Polygonatum sibiricum based on the seeds' dormant biological characteristics.The result indicated that endogenetic inhibitors not only exist in seed,endosperm and seed coat of Polygonatum sibiricum but also their activity is high.The extracts from three parts of them can significantly i... |
