| 摘 要： | 从健康小麦植株内共获得98株内生菌。采用抑制菌丝生长速率法初筛出6株菌株发酵液对小麦赤霉病菌菌丝生长有抑制作用,进一步通过离体和活体生物活性测定方法,系统研究该6株菌株对小麦赤霉病的生物活性。结果表明,JY2001-4和JY2001-10菌株发酵液对小麦赤霉病有很好的防治效果。穗部活体试验中,JY2001-4和JY2001-10发酵液对小麦赤霉病的保护效果分别为83.33%和86.67%,治疗效果分别为73.33%和78.33%;田间药效试验中,JY2001-4和JY2001-10发酵液对小麦赤霉病的保护效果分别为60.49%和67.34%,治疗效果分别为53.01%和55.33%。

| Abstract: | Ninety eight strains of endophytes were isolated from healthy wheat,and fermentation broth of 6 strains could inhibit the mycelial growth of Gibberella zeae.The fungicidal activity against wheat head blight of 6 strains was further studied in vitro and in vivo.Results showed that the fermentation broth of endophytic actinomycete strains JY2001-4 and JY2001-10 have excellent control efficacy against wheat head blight.The bioassay results of wheat spikelet test showed that the protective efficacy of the both ... |
