摘    要:柑橘采后仍是活的有机体,由于切断了树体的营养供给,其果实品质和生理代谢等发生了重大变化。本文综述柑橘采后生理代谢(水分、营养、呼吸作用和酶活性等)的变化、生理病害(枯水病、褐斑病、冷害等)及病害防治技术(控制温度、热处理、保鲜剂处理、气调贮藏、涂膜处理、臭氧处理等)的研究进展,并指出进一步的研究方向。

Advances of Research on Postharvest Physiology and Diseases of Citrus
Abstract:Postharvest citrus are still alive and nutrition supplying from the tree is cut off, so citrus qualities and metabolic physiologies are changed greatly. The paper reviewed advances of research on physiological and metabolic changes during storage, physiological diseases and prevention of diseases. The physiological and metabolic changes mainly involving water, nutrition, respiratory and metabolic enzyme activities were stated. The physiological diseases included section-drying, peel-pitting and cool damage etc. The advances on prevention of postharvest disease in citrus were reviewed, including controlling temperature, hot treatment, preservatives treatment, controlling atmosphere storage, coating treatment and ozone treatment and so on. The further research directions which needed in the future were pointed out.
