不同采收期异源引种柴胡有效成分的动态变化

为确定柴胡最佳采收期并为质量评价提供依据,研究3个不同引种柴胡不同采收期有效成分的动态变化。分别测定9个不同采收期柴胡的醇溶性浸出物、多糖、总灰分、总皂苷及皂苷a质量分数。研究表明:不同采收期3个柴胡品种醇溶性浸出物和总灰分质量分数均符合2010年版《中国药典》要求;辽宁柴胡多糖和醇溶性浸出物质量分数变化趋势类似,总体呈增长趋势,都在枯萎期11月质量分数最高;柴胡的总皂苷和皂苷a质量分数,除个别生长期内质量分数高低有所差异外,整体变化趋势基本相同,都呈先升后降来回波动的趋势,呈一定相关性。以总皂苷和皂苷a为主,结合醇溶性浸出物与多糖质量分数综合评价引种柴胡最佳采收期:甘肃和山西柴胡为8月下旬,辽宁柴胡为7月中旬。

Dynamic Change of Effective Components of Different Introduced Bupleurum chinense at Different Harvest Time

The dynamic changes of the effective components of three diffrenent Bupleurum chinense introduced at different harvest time were studied in this paper for providing the basis in determining the optimal harvest time and quality evaluation of Bupleurum chinense.The mass fraction of alcohol soluble extract,polysaccharides,total ash,total saponins and saponin a of Bupleurum chinense introduced in nine different harvest time were measured. The result showed that the mass fraction of alcohol soluble extract and total ash met the requirements of 2010 edition of China Pharmacopoeia at the different harvest time;the change trend of polysaccharide and alcohol soluble extract mass fraction change trend of Liaoning was similar,and the overall trend was upward, the mass fraction were highest in withering period in November;except the mass fraction of individual growth period was different,the overall trend was same in mainly, a fluctuating trend at first and then decreased,showed some correlation.The total saponins and saponin a were the most, considered the alcohol souble extractive and polysaccharides,comprehensive, the best harvest time was evaluated, the best harvest time in Gansu and Shanxi was late August resptctively, middle of July in Liaoning.
