摘    要:应用超声多普勒诊断仪,以胎儿心脏和脐带血流音(快音)、母体子宫动脉血流音(慢音)及胎儿活动音作为判断妊娠的指证,在测出这四种音响信号中的任何一种就认定为怀孕。对配种后不同阶段的64头母羊共探测了302头次。其中怀孕母羊(根据以后的产羔记录确定)274头次(58头);未孕母羊28头次(6头)。结果怀孕50天以上的母羊全部被检出;未孕母羊除了正在发情的一头测出慢音以外,其余各次均未发现表明妊娠的任何信号。


Pregnancy Diagnosis by Doppler ultrasonic Techniques in Goat
Abstract:The Sounds Of fetal heart and umbilical vessels (fast sound), the sound of uterine ar teries (slew sound) and the sound of fetal movements were used as indications of pregnancy. 64 goats were tested at different stages following mating (302 cases in total) by Doppler ultrasonic technique. When any of the above four sound signals was recognized, positive diagnosis was made. The results showed that 58 animals (274 cases) were pregnant and all the goats pregnant more than 50 days had been detected; pregnancy was confirmed later by lambing. Six (28 cases) were nonpregnant and no pregnant signal wes found except one estrous case in which slow sound was received.
