伤流等指标评价在尾叶桉容器苗质量中的应用

摘    要:测定了不同基质的尾叶桉容器苗的伤流、叶绿素含量、苗高、生物量、高径比等指标.结果表明:伤流的测定值和苗木的其它常用指标相一致;生长状况好的苗木伤流量大,表明伤流用于评价尾叶桉苗木的生活力,选择适合的容器育苗基质是可行的;同时选出了以蔗渣和木屑为主要原料的尾叶桉容器苗优良育苗基质及其处理方法.

Abstract:Bagasse and sawdust were composted and mixed with coal ash and yellow soil, and used as a substitute for peat in container medium for the growth of Eucalyprus urophylla 60 days old under 3 levels of fertilization. The results show that the cblorophyl content of leaves and bleeding intensity of seedlings are all improved when the mediums are composted or fertilized. Moreover. the mechanism of seedlings' growth in medium was discussed. The following mediums were significantly better or equal to peat: Sawdust mixed with 20% of coal ash and 30% of yellow soil (by volume); Sawdust mixed with 40% of coal ash. bagasse mixed with 20% of coal ash and 30% of yellow soil. and bagasse mixed with 40% of coal ash; 3) Bagasse composted for 6 months and fertilized under level 2.
