云南省唐菖蒲花叶病的鉴定研究

摘    要: 对云南省的唐菖蒲花叶病进行调查和病样采集,通过鉴别寄主反应、电镜负染观察、免疫双扩散实验证实此病原为黄瓜花叶病毒CMV.

The Identification of Gladiolus Mosaic in Yunnan Province

Abstract:The samples of Gladiolus mosaic were invested and collected from in Yunnan Province. The isolate of Gladiolus mosaic can caused mosaic on Nicotiana glutinasa, N.tobacum, N.rustica, N.clevelandii, Cucumis sativus; caused local lesions on Phaseolus vulgaris, Vigna sinensis, Chenopodium amarantidor, C.quinoa. The spherical virus particals with Ф 28~30 nm were detected under EM, with native stain method. The virus showed viral charactstic UV absorbing spectrum, A260/280=1.78. It reacted with CMV antiserum. From all above, it seems reasonable to conclud that the isolate is one stain of CMV.
