摘    要:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析不同采收部位黄花蒿种子的脂肪酸组分,鉴定出6种脂肪酸,并用峰面积归一化法测定各种组分相对含量,其主要成分为棕榈酸(8.64%~13.85%)、亚油酸(66.73%~81.19%)和硬脂酸(0.64% ~2.65%).不同采收部位黄花蒿种子脂肪酸组成及含量存在一定差异,其中不饱和脂肪酸总含量均在70%以上,最高达83.79%.

Abstract:The fatty acids of the Artemisia annua seeds from different collected parts were analyzed by GC-MS.Six fatty acids were identified,the relative contents of constituents were determined by peak area normalization method.Among of them,palmitic acid(8.64%-13.85%),linoleic acid(66.73%-81.19%%) and stearic acid(0.64%-2.65%) were major compounds of A.annua seeds.The A.annua seeds collected from different grown part of the plant,their fatty acids constituent and content was some different.The unsaturated fatty aci...
