摘    要:探讨了4种药剂浸种处理对烟草种子活力及幼苗生长的影响.以云烟203和MS云烟85种子为材料,研究不同浓度油菜素内酯(BR)、赤霉素(GA)、水杨酸(SA)和氯化钙(CaCl2)浸种处理后对发芽、幼苗生长以及保护酶活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.结果表明,四种药剂最佳的浸种浓度分别为1.0 mg/L BR,50 mg/L GA,120 mg/L SA,10 mg/LCaCl2,均显著提高了烟草种子的发芽势、发芽率与发芽指数,降低平均发芽时间和MDA含量.以1.0 mg/L BR和50mg/L GA浸种对促进种子萌发和幼苗生长效果最为明显.
