鱼源芽孢杆菌在石斑鱼稚鱼育苗中的应用研究

摘    要:利用芽孢杆菌SE5和DE5单独及联合强化桡足类,研究SE5和DE5对斜带石斑鱼稚鱼生长、存活率、水质及水体和稚鱼体内细菌总数和弧菌数量的影响。试验结果表明,饲养14d时,SE5组和DE5组体长显著高于对照组,混合组体长和体质量显著高于对照组。饲养28d时,SE5组和DE5组体长和体质量均高于对照组,混合组体长和体质量显著高于对照组。饲养28d时,SE5组和DE5组存活率显著高于对照组。14d时SE5组和混合组水体NH3-N显著低于对照组,28d时各组NH3-N均低于对照组。14d时,混合组水体NO2-N显著高于对照组,28d时各试验组NO2-N均显著高于对照组。试验结束时(28d),各试验组水体细菌总数均高于对照组,SE5组和DE5组水体弧菌数量高于对照组;DE5组和混合组活饵细菌总数高于对照组,各试验组活饵弧菌数量高于对照组,其中混合组显著高于对照组;各试验组稚鱼体内细菌总数高于对照组,其中DE5组显著高于对照组。DE5组稚鱼体内弧菌数量显著高于对照组,SE5组高于对照组。

Abstract:The copepod were enriched with autochthonous probiotic Bacillus(SE5 and DE5) solely or combined.The effect of the enriched copepod on the growth,survival of juvenile grouper Epinephelus coioides,water quality,and the total bacterial and Vibrio count of water and the whole juveniles were assessed.The results showed that,on day 14,the juveniles had significantly higher standard length in SE5 and DE5 groups,and significantly higher body weight in mixture group compared with the fish in the control group.At day 28,there were significantly higher standard length and body weight in the SE5 and DE5 groups and in the mixture group than those in the control group.Meanwhile,there was significantly higher survival in the SE5 and DE5 groups.The NH3-N levels were found significantly lower in rearing water of SE5 group and mixture group than that in the control group on the 14th day.The NH3-N content was lower in the rearing water in each probiotic group than that in the control group on day 28.The NO2-N level was significantly higher in rearing water in the mixture group than that in the control group at day 14.The NO2-N content was significantly higher in the water in each probiotic group than that in the control group at day 28.At the end of the trial,higher total bacterial number in the rearing water was observed in each treatment,while the Vibrio count was higher in the SE5 group and DE5 group than that in the control group.The total bacterial counts were higher in live bait in DE5 group and mixture group than that in the control group.There were higher Vibrio counts in the live bait in all probiotic groups than that in the control group,while significantly higher Vibrio count was observed only in the mixture group.The total bacterial counts were higher in the juveniles in all probiotic groups than that in the control group,while significantly higher count was only observed in DE5 group.There was significantly higher Vibrio count in the juveniles in DE5 group than that in the control,while the Vibrio count in the SE5 group was higher than that in the control group.
