| 摘 要： | 2017年陆良县作为云南省第一批STP(可持续烟叶生产项目)试点县,在探索中推进项目开展。文章介绍了STP管理模式产生的背景,阐述了陆良县烟叶生产推行STP模式的具体措施和取得的成效,总结了陆良县在STP管理实践中存在的问题和挑战,并对今后STP管理在中国的大范围推行提出了思考和建议。从5年来的项目开展情况看,STP管理模式能够融入陆良烤烟生产体系并发挥其积极效能。
