对大兴安岭林区产业结构调整的初探

大兴安岭林区产业结构单一,以木材生产为主导产业的产品结构,不适应当前林业的发展需要。笔者认为:该林区在森林资源和经济危急之际,应调整林业和产业结构,加强森林资源的保护、培育等基础的产业建设。加快森林资源面积、林木蓄积的增长。立足于本地的优势,建立以市场为导向,门类齐全的加工体系,大力发展多种经营,建立林区经济的新格局。

THE TENTATIVE DISCUSSION ABOUT ADJUSTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTURE IN DAXINGANLING FORESTRY REGION

Because the industrial structure in Daxinganling region is single, and we will face the crisis in resoures and economy. The main industrial production structure by producing wood, has arrived at it's end. About these, the authors think we should make a decision earlier, adjust the industrial production structure. We should strength the basic industry, for example: the protection and cultivating forest resoures. We should speed up the areas of the forest resources to increase and quicken the forest storing up in order to make its'speed rise again.Let's base ourselves upon the local superiorty, build all kinds of processing system according to the market's need, and develop the products that are more suitable to sell, promote energetically the different economy to form the new industrial structure.
