阿里地区实施蔬菜质量安全例行监测以来成效及降低农残对策

阿里地区农技站从2006年至今,每月定期在狮泉河镇对蔬菜生产基地、农贸市场、批发市场、超市的六大类蔬菜共40个品种进行蔬菜质量安全例行监测,认真开展有关技术监测工作,努力避免监测死角,并会同有关行政执法部门对农药残留超标现象进行依法惩治。从而有效提高了蔬菜质量安全水平,蔬菜农药残留超标率由2006年的17.9%下降至2008年的9.8%,平均每年降低4.05个百分点,进而保障了人民群众的身体健康。本文在分析阿里地区实施蔬菜质量安全例行监测工作以来取得经验基础上,进一步提出了限控农药残留超标率强化对策。

The effect of implementing monitoring the vegetable quality , safety and the countermeasure reducing pesticide residues in Ali, Tibet-

From 2006 to the present, Ali agricultural station regular monthly routine monitors 40 varieties of vegetable production base, farmers＇ markets, wholesale markets, supermarkets on 6 major categories of vegetables about quality and safety in Shiquanhe town, seriously activities on technology monitoring efforts to avoid the monitoring dead ends, and in conjunction with the relevant administrative law enforcement departments to punish the phenomenon of excessive pesticide residues. In order to effectively improve the level of quality and safety of vegetables, vegetable pesticide residues exceeding the rate dropped to 17.9% in 2006 to 9.8% in 2008, an average annual decrease of 4.05 percentage points, and thus protect the health of the people. This article been made since the implementation of the analysis of Ali vegetable quality and safety of routine monitoring work on the basis of experience, further limit control of pesticide residues exceeding the rate hardening measures.
