摘    要:马铃薯通过茎尖剥离获得脱毒苗进行组培扩繁的技术已经十分成熟。然而在马铃薯脱毒试管苗进行有土栽培生产微型薯时,由于各种原因在移栽过程中易出现大量死苗,从而制约微型薯的生产。本文总结了在西藏特殊气候条件下马铃薯组培苗移栽成活的关键技术。

Abstract:The potato virus -free plant lets through stem peel very mature. However, virus -free potato plantlets soil cultivation to tissue culture propagation has been produce minitubers, for various reasons in the transplanting process prone to a large number of seedlings died, thereby constraining the minituber production. This article summarizes the key technologies of potato plandets transplant survival in Tibet's unique weather conditions.
