| 摘 要： | 利用江苏宜兴、山东阳谷和河北冀县等不同抗性水平的棉蚜，通过与毛细管点滴法的比较测定，建立了简单易行、便于推广的棉蚜抗药性药膜生测法．并利用宜兴敏感性棉蚜，初步建立了甲胺磷、氧化乐果、久效磷、磷胺、马拉硫磷、甲基对硫磷和灭多威等７种杀虫剂的相对敏感毒力基线。

| Abstract: | To find a simple method to monitor cotton aphid resistances to insecticides,comparative studies were carried out between topical treatment and vial test with both sensitive strain(Yixing population)and other resistants(Yanggu and Jixian population).The results showed that vial test is much more simple and easier to handle and could be used for monitoring insecticide resistances in this pest.Base lines of 7 insecticides have been established and resistances to 5 insecticides in two populations tested. |
