| Abstract: | Melatonin(MLT)synthesised by the pineal gland cells is a kind of nerve hormone with the highest biological activity in indole amines hormone,regulating a variety of the body's physiological activities.Synthesis,metabolism,action mechanism of melatonin and the effects on easonal estrus of sheep were elaborated. |
