| 摘 要： | 通过对云南省近年来育成的多个玉米自交系进行主成分分析和遗传距离测定,将参试自交系划分为10个类群。地理来源亲缘关系的远缘并不能确切反映出遗传差异的远缘。在本研究中按遗传距离等因素筛选出9个自交系,供进一步研究之用。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of principal components and the detennination ofgenetic distanee for many maize inbred lines recently in Yunnan. The lines were classi-fied into 10 groups. The geographic origin and relational distanee could not exactly re-flect the distanee of genetic divergence;The results of this researeh showed that the 9lines which were selected according to genetic distanee and other factors could be appliedfor the further research. |
