武定鸡农大Ⅰ系数量性状遗传分析

摘    要: 我校从1981年开始由产地引进武定鸡,观察繁殖.1983年选出无血缘关系的公鸡21只,母鸡82只,组建家系.采用闭锁群家系结合个体的选择,已完成七个世代的系统选育,主要性状指标均获得明显的遗传进展.90日龄体重公鸡为1109.65g,母鸡1012.04g,分别比零世代增加219.22g,158.30g,耗料比3.42:1,500日龄产蛋数143.94个,蛋重52.65g,分别比零世代增加40.14个和0.71g.本研究估计出各世代主要性状的遗传参数,为选育、利用地方鸡种资源积累资料.

Abstract:Wuding Chicken have been reproduced and observed in Y A U since 1981. The formal family was set up with 21 cocks and 82 hens in 1983, which had not the same blood line.The family selection combined with the individual selcction was adopted in the closed flock.Now,Seven generations of the Chicken have been bred and selected, the notable genetic improvement has been achived in the main traits. The Weight of 90-day-old cocks is 1109.65 grams, that of the hen is 1012.04 grams,Which have increased 219.22 grams(♂)and 158.30 grams(♀)respectively compared with the zero generation, Feed conversion is 3.42:1.The egg production and its weight in the age of 500 day are 143.94 and 52.65 grams,which have increased about 40.14 and 0.71 grams repectively compared with the zero generation.The research has estimated the genetic parameter of the major Characteristics of each generation and provided a basic data for breeding and utilizing the local chicken.
