青贮玉米秸秆乳杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要: 本文对昆明地区青贮上米秸秆乳杆菌进行调查.从12份样品中,共分离到55株乳杆菌,鉴定出12个种.其中短乳杆菌及干酪乳杆菌两个种占43.6%,确认为是青贮料中的优势种群.本文还从青贮料中分离鉴定出:食果糖乳酸杆菌、绿色乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、亚麻那乳杆菌等4个种,现作一并报道.

Abstract:Lactobacillus played an important role in the process of silage formen tation and its ripening. We have investigated the silage in Kunming in order to learn species and main microbiota of lactobacillus in silage,and provide scientific prineiple of research and application for the bacterial additive in producing silage.Fifty five strains of Lactobacillus spp.were isolated from 12 specimens of silage in Kunming. They have been identified as 12 differential species,including 4 species of L. fructivorans,L,viridescens,L,gasseri,and L. yamanashicsis which were reported for the first time.L.casei and L.brevis,at a rate of 43.6%,have been known as main species of Lactobacillus in silage.
