雏鸭钼耐受量及中毒的病理形态学特征

摘    要: 本文应用实用饲粮,对雏鸭进行补钼试验,并应用光镜方法对肝、肾进行病理形态学观察。结果表明,补钼0mg·k-1和10mg·k-1两组试鸭未出现任何异常,补钼100mg·k-1试鸭,临床上未出现明显中毒症状,但肝、肾出现病理组织性损害。补钼1000mg·k-1试鸭,无论临床或病理组织学观察均出现严重中毒表现。在本文试验条件下,雏鸭对钼的安全适宜范围应在100mg·k-1以下。

Abstract:This paper presents that the changes of ducklings daily weight gain,daily diet consuniption and so on can be caused by supplemented with different molybdenum level diet.Moreover,pathomorphological observation is conducted on the liver and kidney by the microseope.The results show as follows:the experimental ducklings supplemented with 0mg·k-1,10mg·k-1 molybdenum are not fount any abnormality.The experimental ducklings supplemented with 100mg·k-1 molybdenum are not found distinct molybdenosis symptom in clinical observation,but the liver and kidney are found histopathological lesion.The experimental ducklings supplemented with 1000mg·k-1 molybdenum are all found serious molybdenosis manifestation in clinical and pathomornhological observation.Safe and suitable ranges of molybdenum in ducklings should be below 100mg·k-1 molybdenum under this experimental conditions.
